We’re breaking down our building project into 3 phases. The first phase will include:
Building A
3 x 9874sqft sections, build-to-suite & 2nd floor option.
Each tenant to have the option for 2 drive-in bays, 1 drive-in bay and 1 dock, or 2 docks.
Building B & C
32 x 20ftx40ftx18ft Storage Units w/ smart-access steel door, and an Overhead door.
Building D:
8 x 20ftx50ftx18ft Storage Units w/ smart-access steel door, and an Overhead door.
LOCATION
The current location is undisclosed but is in Harrisburg, PA, 5 minutes from Hershey, 15 minutes from Middletown, and 15 minutes from Harrisburg City.
