February in Philadelphia set the perfect stage for one of the most visually stunning and creatively driven wedding showcases of the year: Love Is in the Air: Through the Arts at the Fairmount Park Horticulture Center. This premier event brought together the region’s most innovative and sought-after wedding professionals, each transforming the venue into immersive, art-inspired environments designed to inspire couples and elevate the future of wedding experiences.
For Ross Productions, it was an opportunity to do what we do best—blend entertainment, fabrication, and experiential design into one cohesive activation that didn’t just complement the showcase, but became part of the art itself.
The Horticulture Center’s open greenhouse architecture provided a beautiful blank canvas, and we enhanced it by installing custom ceiling drapery that softened the space and created an intimate, romantic atmosphere. Flowing fabric installations drew guests’ eyes upward, adding depth and dimension while framing the artistic environments below.
Ceiling treatments are one of the most impactful—and often overlooked—ways to transform a venue. In this case, the drapery helped bridge the gap between modern design and timeless romance, creating an environment that felt both elevated and inviting.
Guests didn’t just attend—they became part of the art.
Our 360° video booth activation allowed attendees to step onto the platform and capture cinematic, slow-motion moments surrounded by the showcase’s immersive décor. With dynamic lighting and custom overlays, every clip reflected the artistic theme of the evening while giving guests a share-worthy keepsake.
Interactive entertainment like 360 booths has quickly become a staple of luxury weddings and events—not just as a photo opportunity, but as a fully immersive guest experience that blends technology, motion, and storytelling.
One of the most talked-about installations of the evening was our custom fabricated luge wall, designed and built specifically for the event. Combining sculptural aesthetics with functional service, the luge became both a visual centerpiece and a guest interaction point.
To complement the installation, we also created custom serving trays, ensuring every detail—from presentation to guest interaction—aligned with the artistic vision of the showcase. These fabrication elements demonstrated how custom builds can transform standard service moments into unforgettable experiences.
At Ross Productions, we believe entertainment is more than sound—it’s atmosphere, energy, and visual storytelling. Our activation was designed to seamlessly integrate with the event’s artistic direction, enhancing the environment while allowing each vendor’s work to shine.
Events like Love Is in the Air: Through the Arts highlight a growing trend in weddings: couples are no longer just planning celebrations—they’re curating fully immersive environments that reflect their personality, style, and story.
This showcase reinforced what we see across the luxury wedding industry:
Experiential entertainment is essential, not optional.
Custom fabrication and design elements are redefining guest interaction.
Ceiling installations and environmental design are becoming key focal points.
Interactive technology, like 360 video, continues to elevate guest engagement.
Ross Productions is proud to collaborate with Philadelphia’s top creative partners to push the boundaries of what weddings and events can be.
Love Is in the Air: Through the Arts wasn’t just a showcase—it was a statement about the future of weddings. Through thoughtful design, immersive entertainment, and custom fabrication, the event demonstrated how creativity and collaboration can transform a venue into a living, breathing work of art.
If you’re planning a wedding, corporate event, or luxury celebration and want to create something truly unforgettable, Ross Productions specializes in entertainment, experiential activations, custom fabrication, and full-scale event transformation.
Because your event shouldn’t just be seen—it should be experienced. ✨
